Position Summary

We're seeking a forward-thinking, people-centric HR Generalist who is fluent in Spanish and English, experienced in manufacturing environments, and energized by solving problems and supporting people. You'll be a central resource for employees and leaders, helping build a culture of trust, development, and connection.

What You'll Do

  • Support employees and managers with workplace challenges, conflict resolution, and team-building, promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Administer HR policies while ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Coordinate benefits programs, including open enrollment, and serve as a key resource for employee questions.
  • Assist with performance management, ensuring goal-setting and feedback processes encourage growth and accountability.
  • Help design and coordinate training and development programs that build skills and support career advancement.
  • Process accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Jump in where needed-HR is a team sport!

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (required).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills; Paycom experience is a bonus.
  • Great communication, empathy, and relationship-building abilities.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach in a fast-moving environment.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
